高温磁力泵是这种十分时兴的泵。它由自吸水泵、磁力电动执行机构、电机三部位构成。从外磁定子螺栓、内磁定子和非磁性元器件组成的带磁控制器的核心部件。根据磁力电动执行机构（磁力连轴器）保持非容栅扭距传送，替代静密封动封口，使泵彻底无泄漏泵。

当磁力传动器控制器构件在负载或定子卡死时运作时，磁离合片的主从模块会自動跑偏，对电动机和泵有维护功效。磁力控制器永磁体在定子的电感元件电场功效下，会造成涡流损耗、磁耗损，从而导致永磁体溫度上升，磁力离合器打滑无效。

工作原理用于离心泵的高科技产品，设计合理，工艺先进，具有全密封，无泄漏，耐腐蚀等特点。
1、磁力传动装置采用独特的密集型聚磁式拉推磁路的耦合结构，具有体积小、力矩大、涡流小、可靠性好（无滑脱可能）。
2、噪音小，无振动。磁力泵的动力传动系统没有刚性连接，泵轴和电机轴是靠磁力耦合，属无接触的柔性连接。采用滑动轴承支承，有极高的同心度和垂直度。泵运行时，除电机本身的振动和噪音外，泵基本上没有噪音。
3、具有独特的轴向力平衡系统。由于轴向力平衡系统的独特，止推轴承端面与滑动轴承端面在运行中基本没有机械摩擦，因此自然磨损率低，故障率低，维护周期长等优点。
